HEAD OF APPAREL — UAE (ON-SITE)

For a forward-thinking creative agency operating at the intersection of fashion, design and culture, we are looking for a Head of Apparel to build and shape a new category from the ground up.

This is not a traditional fashion role.

This is about building, directing and accelerating — at a premium level.

The role

You will lead the development of apparel collections (men / women / unisex) from concept to final product. You define both the creative and commercial direction, translating vision into strong, wearable products.

You work closely with designers, product development and stakeholders — short lines, high pace, high ownership.

What you bring

– Minimum of 8 years senior experience in apparel / fashion
– Experience leading small teams
– Strong in collection building & product thinking
– Creative, yet pragmatic and decisive
– Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
– A background in premium, directional or edgy brands with a strong sense of quality and taste (this is not a mid- or mass-market profile)
