A highly prestigious international creative environment in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a curious, visually strong and versatile Junior Designer to join its growing multidisciplinary creative team.

This is a rare opportunity for a young creative talent to work across fashion, graphics, objects, materials, visual storytelling and contemporary design culture within a highly ambitious international setting.

The studio operates at the intersection of design, culture, lifestyle and innovation — combining conceptual thinking with hands-on creative development across multiple disciplines.

The Role
The Junior Designer will work closely with the design team and support projects from early-stage research and visual exploration through to concept development and presentations.

This is a broad, hands-on and highly dynamic role. One day may involve moodboards and visual research, while another may focus on material exploration, design experiments, presentations or studio support.

We are looking for someone with strong visual instincts, curiosity and genuine excitement for creative development in the broadest sense.

Responsibilities
Support fashion and design concept development
Create moodboards, colour explorations and visual research
Assist with print, graphics and design experiments
Help prepare presentations and visual storytelling materials
Collect visual references, photography and cultural inspiration
Support material research, prototyping and creative testing
Assist with day-to-day studio design work across disciplines

Profile
We are looking for someone who:

Has strong visual sensitivity and attention to detail
Is curious, proactive and creatively driven
Has a strong interest in contemporary design, fashion, culture and materials
Enjoys research, experimentation and creative exploration
Is comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite
Can create compelling visual concepts and presentations
Has interest in apparel, graphics, prints or material exploration
Basic experience with 3D tools or prototyping is considered a plus
Works independently while also collaborating well within a team
Feels comfortable in fast-moving creative environments
Holds a recent Bachelor or Master degree in fashion, textile, graphic, product or related design fields
