R&D Designer

We’re Hiring: R&D Designer in the UAE

For this dreamjob we are looking for an experienced R&D Designer with a genuine passion for materials, making, and product development.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a concept from material exploration through prototyping and into production, working closely with creative teams, workshops, and manufacturing partners.

Important requirements:

Minimum 4 years of relevant, applied professional experience in product design, industrial design, applied arts, or a comparable field.

Proven experience with materials, prototyping, and production.

Comfortable working directly with factories and manufacturers.

A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on design and material intelligence.

Please note:

This is NOT a graduate or entry-level position. We are not considering recent graduates or candidates without relevant industry experience.

This is a full-time, on-site position in the UAE. It is not hybrid or remote, so applicants must be willing to relocate or already be based in the region.
