Senior Project Manager | United Arab Emirates

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.

This is not a traditional construction, architecture or hospitality project management role!

We’re looking for someone who has successfully delivered complex, high-end creative projects within design, culture, creative industries or innovation environments—where quality, creative excellence and stakeholder management are equally important.

You’ll thrive if your background includes organisations such as:

• Creative agencies

• Design studios

• Cultural institutions

• Museums

• Art and design organisations

• Creative innovation consultancies

• Large-scale cultural programmes or exhibitions

We’re especially interested in people who understand how to translate ambitious creative ideas into structured execution, while protecting design intent throughout delivery.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• 10+ years managing complex multidisciplinary projects

• Experience in design-led or creative environments

• Strong budgeting, planning and supplier management skills

• Confidence navigating demanding stakeholders and fast-moving projects

• The ability to bring structure to ambiguity without compromising creativity

Please note: If your experience is primarily within hospitality construction, architectural practice, engineering or fit-out delivery, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
