Senior Outerwear Developer/ Buyer Menswear

For one of the strongest international players in menswear, we are  looking for a highly experienced Outerwear Developer / Buyer who truly understands the product from concept to production.

This is a role for someone who combines technical expertise, commercial awareness and a strong personality.

I’m looking for a professional who:

✔ Has at least 5 years of experience in outerwear development, product development, buying, sourcing or production

✔ Understands the complete product lifecycle from A to Z: fabrics, trims, fit, quality, costing, development and production

✔ Has a strong technical foundation and a keen eye for garment construction, fit and quality

✔ Brings experience within menswear, preferably outerwear, casual wovens and/or denim

✔ Is confident enough to challenge, influence and make decisions

✔ Can navigate a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and strong personalities

✔ Is hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented

A background in product development, technical product management, buying or production is highly relevant. Experience within international fashion brands is a plus, but proven outerwear expertise is essential.

Important:  Valid Dutch work and residence permit required

Strong preference for candidates already living in the Netherlands, ideally within commuting distance of Amsterdam
